Do you think I need a new website?
Well, chances are, if you are asking this question, then you probably know the answer. Website design moves fast. Your organization or business may not need the most cutting edge website, but its design should feel relevant and fresh. If your website is more than 5 years old, then the answer is most likely, yes, it’s time for a redesign. Also, if you don’t like the look of your website, why should your viewers feel any different?
I’m not based in Harare. Do you travel to our office and work with us in-person?
We can, but it’s not necessary for us to meet at your building. The wonders of technology (emails, phone calls, and video conferencing) allow us to successfully work together even if we are several time zones apart. No matter where you are located, we are committed to maintaining a close working relationship throughout the project.
Do you provide support after the launch of my new website?
Yes. You are welcome to give us a call or reach out at any time. We don’t just build your website and then disappear. We are happy to answer any questions or fix something that breaks. However, large scale design or development updates are billed at an hourly rate. Please know that we would never perform work on your website without first discussing the scope of the work and receiving your approval to proceed.
Is a website important for my business' growth and success?
Absolutely! Granted, as we design websites, we may be a bit biased, but trust us – a good website makes a big difference. Within seconds of landing on your website, visitors are making snap-judgment decisions about your organization or business. Interest is potentially solidified or dismissed. Think of your website as akin to the role curbside appeal plays in selling a home. It doesn’t directly sell the house, but it encourages people to give the house a chance. A great website inspires visitors to imagine themselves using your business or supporting your organization or business. It has the power to help you grow and thrive. We’ve seen it happen again and again.

General FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why are you so cheap?
Yep. We’ve also been asked that question too. We spend a lot of time researching, planning the user’s journey through your site, and then finally with the design and build. We’re typically cheaper than larger agencies because… 1. We work remotely which means you don’t pay for the water cooler or beanbag chairs 2. We’re a small team that takes on a limited amount of clients each year. You won’t be talking to account managers, you’ll talk directly to the owner. This saves on staff costs.
I already have a website, how easy is it to change it?
If you already have a website. That’s great. This means we can build your new website whilst your other website is still live. Once we are ready to go live and you are happy with the new site we can then swap the old site for the new one. It can take as little as 10 minutes for the new website to be visible. This means you’ll barely even notice a dip in your traffic numbers.
Do you work with everyone?
No. We only work with business owners who we can TRULY help. We’re not the type of company that works with anyone and everyone just to make money. We need to be confident that we are the right fit for one another. This is why we have a free discovery session at the start of the process.
Build internal network
The internal network is essential for all companies and corporations, especially for those working in IT sector. To avoid possible risks when sharing internal confidential files and documentation to an external receiver, internal network must be strong.
